Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 [Definition]

Article 2 [Application of these Terms]

Chapter 2 Purchasing Products

Article 4 [Purchasing Products]

  • Users may use this service to purchase products from us.

  • When a user wishes to purchase a product, he/she shall apply to purchase the product in accordance with the procedures separately stipulated by us.

  • In response to the application, the user shall confirm the delivery address, order details and other information entered and registered by the user and click the button to place the order. When the user receives an email from us confirming the order details, a sales contract for the product between the user and us shall be concluded.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if there is any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct in relation to the use of this service, we may cancel or terminate the sales contract or take other appropriate measures.

  • Minor users may not use this service to purchase products without the prior consent of a competent legal representative.

Article 5 [Changes to registered information]

Purchasers shall promptly contact us if there are any changes in all or part of the name, address or other information they have provided to us at the time of purchase. Even if a change is registered, transactions that have already been processed before the change will be carried out based on the information before the change.

Article 6 [Payment Method]

  • The payment amount for the product is the total of the product's sales price displayed on the site, consumption tax, shipping fee, and handling fee.

  • Payment for products purchased through this service shall be limited to payment methods specified by us.

  • If payment is made by credit card, the purchaser shall comply with the terms of a separate contract between the purchaser and the credit card company. If any dispute arises between the purchaser and the credit card company in relation to the use of a credit card, the purchaser and the credit card company shall be responsible for resolving the dispute.

  • If a separate contract (including but not limited to agreement to the terms of the payment method) is made between the purchaser and the payment company that owns the payment method specified in this service, the purchaser shall comply with the terms of the separate contract with the payment company. If any dispute arises between the purchaser and the payment company in relation to the payment method, the purchaser and the payment company shall be responsible for resolving the dispute.

Article 7 [Return of Products]

We will handle returns of products from purchasers in accordance with the "Special Terms for Returns" in the [Notation on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act] posted on the website.

Chapter 4 Responsibilities for Use

Article 9 [Prohibited Actions]

When using this service, users and purchasers are prohibited from engaging in the following acts.

  • Any act that causes inconvenience, disadvantage or damage to other users, third parties or us, or any act that may cause such inconvenience.

  • Any act that infringes or may cause such inconvenience to third parties or us on copyrights, trademarks, patents, other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, personality rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights.

  • Any act that violates public order and morals or other laws and regulations, or any act that may cause such inconvenience.

  • Any act that uses the content obtained through this service by the user or purchaser for any purpose other than personal use.

  • Any act that reproduces, sells, publishes, distributes, or makes public the content obtained through this service through other users or third parties other than other users, or any act similar to these.

  • Any act that interferes with the operation of this service and other services provided by us.

  • Any act that we reasonably determine to be inappropriate, such as damaging or damaging our credibility.

  • Any other act that we determine to be inappropriate.

Chapter 5: Disclaimers

Article 10 [Disclaimers]

  1. We shall not be liable for any damages caused to third parties by the user or purchaser's violation of these terms.

  2. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or any other aspect of the content of the Service or the information that Users or Purchasers obtain through the Service.

  3. In principle, we shall not be liable to Users or Purchasers for any damages incurred through the use of the Service, and shall not be obligated to compensate such damages. However, if the disclaimer does not apply because the contract between us and the User or Purchaser based on these Terms and Conditions constitutes a consumer contract under Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Contract Act (Act No. 61 of 2000), the provisions in these Terms and Conditions that completely exempt us from liability shall not apply. Furthermore, if the contract based on these Terms and Conditions constitutes a consumer contract and we are liable for damages based on default or tort, we shall be liable for damages up to the amount paid by the User or Purchaser to us under these Terms and Conditions during the past year prior to the date of the damage, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

  4. In the event that the Purchaser fails or refuses to receive the Product, is unable to receive the Product due to a long absence, is unable to receive the Product due to an unknown delivery address, or is otherwise unable to receive the Product due to the Purchaser's circumstances, we will fulfill our obligation to deliver the Product by contacting the contact information registered by the Purchaser and bringing or delivering the Product to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase, and will be released from said obligation.

Chapter 6 Miscellaneous Provisions

Article 11 [Copyright, Intellectual Property Rights]

The content provided through this service shall belong exclusively to us or a third party with legitimate rights. If a problem arises between a user or purchaser and a third party in violation of the provisions of this article, the user or purchaser shall resolve such problem at his/her own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any damage, loss or disadvantage to us.

Article 12 [Governing Law]

The governing law of this Agreement shall be the laws of Japan.

Article 13 [Negotiations and Jurisdiction]

In the event of any matter not specified in this Agreement or any doubt regarding the interpretation of this Agreement, we and the user or purchaser shall promptly seek a resolution through negotiation in accordance with the principle of good faith. We agree in advance that all disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be heard in the court with jurisdiction over our location as the exclusive court of first instance.
