Shipping Policy

We offer free worldwide shipping via DHL Express and will provide a tracking number for each shipment.

Orders for heads only are processed within 3 business days, while orders for assembled clubs are processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping times vary depending on location, although most deliveries are completed within 5 to 7 business days from the time of dispatch across the majority of regions.

Import duties and taxes may be charged by the courier company upon delivery, subject to local legislation.


Refund/Returns Policy

To qualify for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of receiving it. The product must be in its original condition and undamaged.

Return Policy for Iron Sets

For iron sets, the entire set must be returned. You may use the #7 iron as a test club, provided it is not damaged. All other irons and wedges must be unused, in brand-new condition, with the plastic covers still on the club heads.

Used iron heads cannot be canceled or refunded.

Please email info@newenergygolf.com before returning any products to confirm the return delivery address. The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the product is damaged or the return is initiated after 30 calendar days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty that covers transit damage, manufacturing defects, and quality control issues. Each claim is addressed individually to ensure a prompt and suitable resolution.
